These terms cover this website and our games. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
This website and our games are provided by JGM Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, trading as Second Exit Interactive. "We", "us" and "our" mean JGM Commerce LLC. "You" means you.
By using this website or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or the games.
If you got one of our games from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to your download, and where they conflict with these terms for that download, the store's terms win.
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over, and by playing them you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Our games are not directed to children and are not designed for children.
If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian read these terms with you before you play.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own private enjoyment.
That is a licence, not a sale. We keep ownership of the games themselves.

You are welcome to record, stream, and publish video of our games, including on monetised channels. You do not need to ask us. Please do not present the game as your own work, and please do not distribute the game files themselves.
Everything on this site and in our games — the code, the art, the words, the names Second Exit Interactive, INKFRONT and JUNKFALL — belongs to us or is used by us with permission. You may quote short extracts and use our screenshots when writing or talking about our games. Everything else needs our written permission.
Our games and this website are provided as is. We work hard on them, but we do not promise that they will be free of bugs, that they will run on every device, that they will always be available, or that they will keep working forever. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost time, arising from your use of this website or our games.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in question, or twenty US dollars.
You can end this licence at any time by deleting the game. We may end it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 7 through 12 survive the end of the licence.
We may update these terms as our games change. When we do, the version number and effective date at the top will change. If a change is significant, we will make that clear rather than slipping it in quietly. Continuing to use the site or the games after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you and we agree to that jurisdiction — except where the mandatory law of your home country gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
