Privacy Policy

Effective 9 September 2026 · Version 1.0

Short version: as of today, our games collect nothing about you and send nothing anywhere. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page before the version that changes it is released.

1. Who we are

Second Exit Interactive is a registered trade name of JGM Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean JGM Commerce LLC, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

This policy covers our games — INKFRONT and JUNKFALL — and this website.

2. What our games collect today

Nothing. As of the effective date above, our games do not collect information about you, and they do not transmit anything about you to us or to anyone else. They contain no advertising software and no analytics that report to us. We receive no information about you or your device from our games.

We do not collect your name, your email address, your location, device or advertising identifiers, your contacts, your photos, or anything from your microphone or camera. Our games do not ask your device for permission to reach any of them.

3. What stays on your device

Our games save things on your own phone so that they work — your progress, your settings, and in some cases a record of a match so it can be replayed back to you. That information stays on your device. We cannot see it, it is never transmitted to us, and it is never transmitted to anyone else. Deleting the game deletes it.

4. If you contact us

If you email us, we will have your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with what you wrote about. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share it with anyone. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Age

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. They are not directed to children, they are not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If we ever learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 12 and we will remove it.

6. Advertising and selling data

Our games contain no advertising and no third-party advertising software. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used under California law. We have never done so.

7. This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and performs no tracking. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

8. The app stores

If you download our games from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those companies collect information about that download under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We do not receive personal information about you from either of them. The stores show developers anonymous, aggregated figures such as download counts, crash rates and device models. Those figures do not identify individual people.

9. How long we keep things

Because our games send us nothing, there is nothing from them for us to keep. Email correspondence is kept only as long as it serves the purpose you wrote to us about.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we hold about you — including the right to ask what we hold, to get a copy, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how it is used. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR. Residents of California, Virginia and several other US states have comparable rights under state law.

To exercise any of them, email us at the address in section 12. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking. In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about anyone is an email you sent us.

11. Where information is handled

We are based in the United States, and any correspondence you send us is handled there. If you write to us from outside the United States, you are sending that information to the United States.

12. Contact

For any question about this policy, about privacy in our games, or to exercise a right described in section 10:
contact@secondexitinteractive.com

JGM Commerce LLC, Woodbridge, Virginia, United States.

13. How this policy changes

We expect our games to gain features over time — online play is the obvious example — and some of those features cannot work without sending information off your device.

When that happens, we will update this page before the version that does it is released. The version number and effective date at the top will change, and the update will say plainly what is collected, why, and what choices you have about it. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it inside the game rather than assume it from this page.

We will not begin collecting anything under a policy that does not describe it.

14. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
